All Vehicle Contracts Ltd charge an administration processing fee of £195.00 or £234 including VAT; this fee relates to documentation and order processing, relating to finalization of your vehicle order. Where the vehicle value is over £35,000 OTRP, the documentation fee is £295 + VAT.
Fees are payable by cheque, credit card, debit card or via BACs payment at point of dealer vehicle order.
We welcome transparency and pledge not to quote fees that may cancel out the benefit to you of a lower rental offered, and recommend that administration processing fees are compared to that of service and overall cost.
A contract extension fee of £150 + Vat is charged by All Vehicle Contracts Limited for this service provision and to cover the staff time costs when arranging contract end extensions. Fees are payable by credit card, debit card or via BACs payment at point of completing contract extension.

All Vehicle Contracts Ltd will provide information, as quickly and as reasonably possible and in ample time, prior to you entering into a binding vehicle pre-contract order or regulated agreement.
Due to ongoing Global supply chain issues, All Vehicle Contracts Ltd do allow clients to cancel their order if the lead time becomes unreasonable without charge but regretfully, we cannot issue any refunds of our documentation fee that is taken at the time of order. All Vehicle Contracts Ltd will allow documentation fees appertaining to cancelled orders to be carried over to a replacement vehicle order at our discretion.
